As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving success for our clients – small to medium-sized businesses – on behalf of a top global social media company. You’ll consult with advertisers, optimize their campaigns, and provide tailored solutions to maximize growth. With your proven sales expertise and relationship-building skills, you’ll become a trusted partner in helping clients achieve their goals.
What You Can Expect:
- Comprehensive Training & Support – You’ll receive onboarding, mentoring, and continuous learning opportunities to build your expertise in social media advertising solutions.
- Client Engagement – Work with small to medium-sized business advertisers to understand their goals, provide tailored solutions, and help them get the most out of their investments.
- Hands-On Experience – Gain practical sales experience by engaging with clients via phone and email, consulting them on product adoption, campaign optimization, and growth opportunities.
- Requirements:
- Strong motivation to build a career in sales and digital marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- A natural team player who enjoys building relationships and helping clients succeed.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
