Your Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards tailored specifically for marketing and service center teams.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from CRM and dental practice management systems to generate actionable insights.
• Partner closely with management, marketing, and service center teams to understand business needs and deliver robust BI solutions.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI projects.
• Provide training and continuous support to users, ensuring effective utilization of BI tools and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and enhancement in BI tools and reporting processes.
• Keep detailed records of BI processes, data models, and reporting standards for future reference and compliance.

Essential Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data querying and integration.
