Responsibilities:
- Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;
- Provide timely responses and resolutions to partners' queries and questions;
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English language;
- Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
- Highly empathetic and thoughtful, with the ability to understand customers’ needs;
- Ability to work on shifts;
- Positive attitude and motivation;
- Previous experience in any customer service role is a plus.
