On their behalf, we are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists with Portuguese/French language, who are willing to make the step to such an inhouse role and help the company grow further.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will provide top-tier support to customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product assistance, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role will involve communicating across various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, while collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.

What youll do:
- Communicate via various channels with our European customers, providing information regarding our products and services.
- Navigate through various system platforms to address and solve customer requests.
- Maintain relationships with customers. Seek, collect and process customer feedback in order to minimize their satisfaction.
- Constantly develop your knowledge of the products and services offered.
- Support the liaising between clients and other departments in order to ensure prompt reply and higher satisfaction rates.
- Work on shifts as well as on weekends and holidays.
- Excellent command of a foreign language (French / Portuguese).
- Very good command of English (as a secondary language).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Good attention to details.
- Ability to work in a team.
