The Perfect Candidate:

  • Excellent command of German at C1 level (both written and spoken) or strong proficiency in Swiss German (Schweizerdeutsch).
  • Additional English or other language skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Experience in customer service, after-sales, or any client-facing role is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in customer care and problem-solving within a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Technical understanding and confidence working with digital tools.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with helpdesk systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.
  • Team-oriented, supportive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide written and phone support to customers, ensuring clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Act as a link between customers and internal departments such as Purchasing, Logistics, and IT, ensuring seamless information flow.
  • Analyze and evaluate customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Handle customer correspondence independently and with consistently high service quality.
  • Coordinate service requests between customers and suppliers.
  • Optimize and define processes to ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries.
