For one of our clients – a world-renowned giant in the BPO field, we are on a lookout for driven, bright and organised people for the role of Customer Support Agent with Polish or Portuguese (REMOTE).

For one of our clients – a world-renowned giant in the BPO field, we are on a lookout for driven, bright and organised people for the role of Customer Support Agent with Polish or Portuguese (REMOTE).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serving as a friendly and bright point of contact for customers;
- Communicate via phone and chat and help with issues related to a variety of sports products;
- Provide accurate information and strive leave a positive impression;
- Maintain detailed case notes for each interaction;
- Help achieve both individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish or Portuguese and English (at least at B2 level);
- Communicative, bright and ready to provide a high-quality experience;
- Organized and driven with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Analytical thinker, skilled with problem-solving;
- Good typing and PC-user skills.
