The Perfect Candidate:

Must be open to working in a 24/7 environment, adjusting to varying shifts based on the team's needs and project demands. This is a full-time, office-based position located at our Plovdiv headquarters.

• Previous experience in Identity or KYC Verification, with knowledge of fraud detection and regulatory compliance, is preferred.
• Strong reading and writing skills in English, with the ability to accurately assess identity documents.
• High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the verification process.
• Able to work in fast-paced, changing environments with varying shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check the authenticity of identity documents using standard procedures.
• Extract and verify key information, comparing it with the provided details for accuracy.
• Compare live photos with identity document photos to assess fraud and complete KYC checks, ensuring legal compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to address challenges and share ideas to improve verification processes and efficiency.
