Grove Global Consult is a consulting and recruitment agency providing strategic consulting and recruitment services to companies worldwide. We are currently seeking a SM Influencer Content Lead (AI Native) to join the founding team of our client, a fast-growing startup developing an AI-generated content platform.

Overview: The company is building an AI-generated content platform within the adult creator economy. The business model is similar to subscription-based creator platforms, with the key difference being that all personas, visuals, and content are fully AI-generated. The SM Influencer Content Lead is responsible for managing the social media presence of AI personas, as well as engaging directly with users across multiple channels. The role combines content creation, distribution, and audience engagement, with a strong focus on growth and monetization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Threads) for AI personas
• Produce short-form video content, static posts, captions, and engagement-driven content
• Manage comments, direct messages, and interactions while maintaining each persona’s tone and identity
• Develop and execute content calendars and posting schedules
• Drive audience growth through organic strategies and platform-specific best practices
• Optimize content to increase traffic and conversion to the platform
• Ensure compliance with platform content policies while maximizing reach
• Collaborate with AI Scientist and Art Director to maintain visual and brand consistency
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve content strategy

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Threads)
• Strong content creation skills, including video editing and copywriting
• Hands-on experience with influencer or creator account management
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior
• Experience managing high-volume engagement (comments and DMs)
• Experience using AI tools (LLMs, image/video tools, automation tools) as part of daily workflow
• Ability to manage multiple personas simultaneously
• Strong attention to visual quality and brand consistency
• Comfortable working with adult content
• Availability for immediate or near-immediate start

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with adult content creators or similar platforms
• Familiarity with subscription-based platforms (e.g. OnlyFans, Fansly, Patreon)
• Experience driving traffic from social media to external platforms
• Experience with AI-generated visual and video content
• Experience with social media automation and analytics tools
• Experience working with or training AI-based engagement systems
