As part of our ongoing growth, we are opening an opportunity for a Business operational Manager, Ice cream & Frozen Food Category, to contribute to our future success.

You are the right match if you:

  • Bring at least 3 years of leadership experience in the Ice cream category and/or within Frozen food Sales channel
  • Have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships in these channels
  • Possess outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate strong analytical expertise and a solid financial acumen in sales and procurement
  • Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Communicate with confidence, with an excellent command of English – written and spoken
  • Are fully proficient in MS Office and digital tools that support sales excellence
In this role you will:
  • Drive the growth of the Ice cream category / Frozen food through strategic sales execution and innovations
  • Determine clear (SMART) objectives, performance indicators and assignments for the sales organization
  • Negotiate with suppliers about purchasing, pricing and quality guarantee for purchased goods
  • Determine trade terms, prices and rebates, terms of deliveries, route to the market and special incentives for sales channels
  • Responsible for volume and value sales plan, trade marketing activities and margin objectives per category
  • Responsible for budget and control of total income and costs within frozen food sales channel
  • Accept and commit to annual sales (purchase) plan for each category and supplier
  • Responsible for budget and control of daily activities and results of KAMs / RSMs / SRs.
  • Lead sales through different sales channels
