We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our inventory, purchasing, and online marketplace activities.
In this role, you'll ensure that products move smoothly from supplier invoices to published listings, while maintaining accurate data across multiple internal systems. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues from logistics, purchasing, finance, and sales to keep operations running efficiently.

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our inventory, purchasing, and online marketplace activities.
In this role, you'll ensure that products move smoothly from supplier invoices to published listings, while maintaining accurate data across multiple internal systems. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues from logistics, purchasing, finance, and sales to keep operations running efficiently.

What you'll do:
- Manage the flow of inventory and purchasing documents, including supplier invoices, purchase orders, and product receipts.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory data across internal systems, including pricing, adjustments, product kits, and stock records.
- Prepare and publish products for sale by categorizing inventory and managing product listings on our online marketplace.
- Coordinate operational processes related to shipments, transportation, order releases, and inventory reconciliation.
- Handle operational exceptions, including returns, disputes, expired inventory, pricing discrepancies, and other inventory-related issues.
- Prepare reports and documentation for finance and management, ensuring timely and accurate operational and accounting records.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, e-commerce, or inventory management
- Experience with ERP, WMS, CRM, or inventory management systems
- Good Excel and/or SQL skills
- English language proficiency
