Operations Manager is responsible for improving and maintaining operational standards of excellence for the country at restaurant level. This function leads the Operations Research and Development which oversees improving operations metrics, preparing for restaurant opening and rolling out Global Operations tools and systems. In addition, the role manages all new product rollout validations and analytics done for the operational metrics that improves OPS Excellence.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with the BK Global OPS team to allow for proper guidance towards operations excellence.
- Establish reporting that provide full visibility on the state of business for Operations Excellence Metrics.
- Maintain cadences with Area managers and Restaurants managers to support them to achieve top operational execution.
- Provide guidance and leadership for all new restaurant opening from a brand standards perspective.
- Align on all global Brand Standards tools and systems as well as benchmark the metrics vs other BK markets in the EMEA region.
- Master's Degree in Business or related;
- Two/three years' experience working in leadership role in Operations, preferably in QSR market;
- Previous experience working in an international organization;
- Strong leadership skills and a successful reputation managing a team;
- Ability to establish and foster strong professional working relationships at all levels across, within and outside of the organization;
- Experience evaluating projects for company areas such as quality assurance and operations;
- High standards of professional excellence and reliability and a high attention to detail;
- Outstanding analytical skills and able to work under pressure;
- Willingness to frequently travel to restaurants and other business partners across the country/ region.
