Fantastic Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategic growth, brand development, and multi-market expansion of one of the fastest-growing property service brands operating across the UK, Bulgaria, Egypt, and Australia.
This is a high-impact leadership position for a strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills-someone who can define a compelling brand vision while managing teams, agencies, and performance channels to deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
- Shape, maintain the brand’s tone, voice, and positioning and ensure consistent branding across UK, BG, EG, and AU;
- Oversee all performance marketing channels, especially Google Ads;
- Lead the PPC, SEO and digital marketing teams with clear KPIs;
- Direct PR agency activities and approve campaigns-track PR performance, spend, and coverage;
- Develop and run social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X).
- Align social content with SEO, PR, and brand messaging;
- Ensure online and offline campaigns work seamlessly together;
- Deliver locally in the UK promotional activities to boost awareness and engagement;
- Act as the key link between teams and agencies.
Experience & competencies required:
- Minimum 3 years in a senior marketing leadership role within a multi-market consumer or service business;
- Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, PR, and social media marketing, preferably on the UK market;
- Strong team leadership and agency management experience;
- Experience with budget ownership and campaign ROI assessment;
- Strategic and visionary thinker with hands-on execution capability;
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership, able to identify gaps and turn insights into action;
- Creative and results-driven, with the ability to reshape processes, improve performance, and deliver measurable impact;
- Comfortable leading and transforming cross-market branding initiatives, ensuring alignment while improving what’s not working.
