For one of our esteemed clients, a leading company in the Facility Management sector, we are actively seeking a qualified Facility Operations Director. If you possess a strategic mindset and influencing skills, we encourage you to apply and be part of a great team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders in the area to make sure the Facility services meet business needs;
- Develop and enforce workspace policies following global standards;
- Assist the Workspace Head in managing budgets for operational and capital expenses;
- Support the Workplace Project Management team in office projects, especially in relocating to new offices;
- Manage and train outsourced Facilities Management partners to ensure efficient performance and high service standards;
- Ensure Facilities Management programs, including maintenance and service agreements, are delivered effectively;
- Implement and oversee health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment;
- Collaborate with the Business Continuity team to handle disruptions to core business activities effectively;
- Ensure all Workspace team members and suppliers follow ethical business practices;
- Create and put into action workplace initiatives that boost a positive work environment and support employee well-being.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- 5 years of experience in facility management of a large corporate office or similar setting;
- Working knowledge of financial and business administration principals; health, safety and environmental regulations; ethics and compliance;
- Fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Proven dedication to delivering outstanding management service.
