Key Interfaces:

Quality Analysts work with Sales Management and Program Management to assess, track and report performance of POD roles (BDRs, IOM, SIOM, primarily) to Quality standards in alignment with client requirements and DIS expectations to ensure the highest level of proficiency.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Scorecard assessment of agents against client and DIS standards, focused on Quality and individual capabilities. Reporting and feedback generated used in agent coaching prioritization, team and market trending, and program level messaging adjustments. Also assists in agent coaching, role plays, progress tracking and agent certification aligned with Quality standards. Engages with SM/PM, Learning and Development and Delivery Excellence.
• Qualification/Sales Stage - 0-100% per motion needs Deliverable - Delivers scorecard assessments, feedback and coaching, performance reporting/analytics, missed criteria, trending & quality tracking.
• Communication Skills - Management and Executive level written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder relationship building. High level active listening & 'reporting while listening' skills Sales Skills - Consultative selling, account management or other customer success/nurture engagement understanding to assess quality of agent delivery.
• Industry Knowledge - Knowledge of client industry, and demonstrated experience in learning new products and services Business Operations - Understands requirements for successful onboarding/adoption and criteria for successful messaging delivery

Qualifications:

• Goal Metrics, KPIs, Success Measures
• Education - Bachelor's degree is required, Professional Sales & Account Management is preferred
• Experience - Sales and/or marketing experience is required, industry sales highly preferred. Analytics and reporting skills required
• Languages – German is an advantage
• Tools/Systems - Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, 0365, Web Conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems required, experience using Reporting Tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerApps, and etc.)
