Due to some new projects, the company is now looking to hire a talented and experienced IT professional to start in the position of a:

ServiceNow Product Owner

Some of the main responsibilities:

• You will manage the ServiceNow product backlog;
• You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all business requirements are met;
• You have to prioritise the product requirements for the development team;
• You will develop a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow features and functionalities;
• You have to identify the opportunities for improvement and closely collaborate with the stakeholders;
• Last but not least, to define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases;

Required knowledge, skills, and qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner in the IT sector;
• In-depth knowledge and professional practice with ServiceNow;
• Familiar with SPM and FSM or TNI and OMT modules/features;
• Experience in defining and prioritizing requirements and managing product backlogs;
• Practical ITIL knowledge (certifications will be a plus);
• Proficiency in English;

You will get an additional bonus point if you have:

• Some previous experience in the telecommunications industry;
• Knowledge of the German language.
