You'll sell Rollgliders, Ropes Courses, Ninja Courses, Fun Walls, and climbing attractions to theme park operators, resort developers, and entertainment center owners in 80 countries. This is a Sofia-based role at the HQ of the company that built Crown's Edge on Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas — and 2,800+ other projects globally. The Role You'll own the full sales cycle for Walltopia's Active Entertainment products: from inbound lead qualification through cold outreach, client pitches, commercial negotiation, and contract close. You'll work alongside our Architecture, Engineering, Product Development, Project Management, and Marketing teams in Sofia — and with clients across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Qualify and manage inbound leads from operators, developers, and investors worldwide.
  • Hunt new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and industry networking events.
  • Pitch Walltopia's turnkey Active Entertainment portfolio to industry decision-makers.
  • Own key account relationships across multiple regions.
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate terms with international clients.
  • Report on pipeline, conversion, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and project teams in our Sofia HQ.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, with a track record you can walk us through.
  • Excellent written and spoken English — non-negotiable. A second European language is a strong plus.
  • Experience with sales CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria — we support the move, but the role is on-site at our HQ.
  • Genuine curiosity about physical products — you'll be selling complex engineered attractions and need to understand what you're selling.
  • Ownership mindset — you own your pipeline, your quota, and your client relationships without being asked.
  • Competitive spirit, attention to detail, and strong time management.
This Role Is Probably Not for You If…
  • You're looking for a fully remote job — this is Sofia-based, on-site.
  • You want a purely transactional sales role with short cycles. Walltopia deals take months, sometimes years, and require deep technical understanding.
  • You have no interest in the leisure, attractions, or entertainment industry.
  • You've never sold anything above €50,000 in deal size.
