For one of our clients – a service provider that assists public and private sector organizations in optimizing processes and enhancing customer interactions, we are looking for – Bilingual Communication Services Support Expert in German and Italian.

Responsibilities:

• Offer professional customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and Italian;
• Assist clients with any issues, questions, or concerns related to communication services,

providing clear guidance and support;

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear, concise, and accurate information;
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide solutions;
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German and Italian (both spoken and written);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in customer support or communication services is a plus;
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Knowledge of communication tools and services is a bonus.
