EXPORT SALES SPECIALIST (International Markets)

- delivering consistent revenue growth in assigned markets;
- expanding sales within existing distributor portfolio and acquiring new business;
- ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined commercial execution;
- maintaining timely payments and healthy account receivables;
- building strong, long-term distributor partnerships;
- contributing to overall export growth and market expansion.
What You Will Do
- Manage relationships with international distributors and act as their main commercial contact;
- Drive commercial growth through account development, pricing strategy and new business acquisition;
- Coordinate export orders end-to-end with internal teams (production, logistics, finance);
- Monitor deliveries, payments and ensure smooth order execution;
- Prepare sales reports and support forecasting and market analysis;
- Participate in international meetings, trade fairs and business visits.
What We Are Looking For
✅Must-have
- University degree (International Trade, Economics, Marketing or similar);
- 2+ years experience in international sales, export, B2B account management, or business development;
- Excellent English (written and spoken);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel internationally.
✅Core skills
- Experience working with international clients or distributors;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset;
- Good MS Office skills (Excel is an advantage).
✅Nice to have
- Second foreign language;
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, pharma, or similar industries;
- Experience with international trade fairs or exhibitions.
