Due to the increased workload in our Purchasing Department, we are looking to hire a Junior Procurement Specialist.

Our ideal candidate is energetic individual eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment within a company that leads the way in its industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Researching new suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing ones;
• Monitoring market trends, suppliers, and competitors' strategies;
• Posting and administering procurement tenders in Auxionize;
• Analyzing, controlling, and ensuring minimum stock levels of key raw materials and products in the company's warehouses;
• Managing and coordinating the work of subcontractors;
• Monitoring deadlines and quality control of placed orders.

Requirements:

• University Degree (technical/engineering background would be an advantage and/or vocational school);
• Excellent computer skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Good time management;
• Ability to actively work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
• English language proficiency (minimum level B2);
• The role is suitable for entry-level professionals seeking to gain hands-on experience.
