Essential Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly sales targets across assigned stores through smart, creative selling initiatives;
• Monitor local market trends and use insights to plan effective actions;
• Support client growth by designing and executing in-store promotions;
• Optimize regional marketing budgets to maximize impact and ROI;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, proactive communication;
• Support the sales team with merchandising execution and in-store excellence.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar FMCG sales role;
• Proven success in FMCG sales with strong merchandising skills;
• Intermediate English level; fluent in Bulgarian;
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset;
• Willingness to travel regularly; valid driving license required.
