The products of Healthy Bars meet numerous international quality standards and are sold in more than 46 countries worldwide. In connection with the company’s expansion and the construction of a new production facility, we are looking to add to our team a motivated and experienced B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERT:

The products of Healthy Bars meet numerous international quality standards and are sold in more than 46 countries worldwide. In connection with the company’s expansion and the construction of a new production facility, we are looking to add to our team a motivated and experienced B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERT:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for growth;
- Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients and partners;
- Negotiate contract terms and coordinate with internal departments for order execution;
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and proactively propose new products based on their needs;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to commercial strategies;
- Track invoicing and payments, work with CRM/ERP systems;
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitors;
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships;
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, data analysis, and market strategies;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems;
- Fluency in English (German is considered an advantage);
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
