Key Account and & Project Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new international clients.
- Prepare quotations and conduct negotiations.
- Manage client inquiries and monitor order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Coordinate and manage projects from the initial inquiry through to successful completion.
- Prepare pricing proposals and cost calculations.
- Work with suppliers by sending inquiries, negotiating terms, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and the internal teams.
- Monitor deadlines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company's systems and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English language level, a second Western European language (German or French) is considered as a strong advantage.
- Previous proven experience in sales, customer service, or project management is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills, including experience with CRM and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Responsible, proactive, and motivated to grow professionally.
