We are excited to present a fantastic new opportunity for a Data Administrator with Czech. Our client is a global leader in their field and is currently expanding their International Business Service Centre team. If you're passionate about financial accuracy, data management, and want to be part of a collaborative, flexible work environment—this role is for you.

Please note: If you live in or near Varna, this position allows you to work from home, with one in-office day per week.

What You Will Be Doing:

Review, validate and process purchasing and billing data using international ERP systems like SAP, ensuring accuracy timeliness, and compliance with internal policies. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and documentation issues. Validate data and documentation provided by business operations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain up-to-date accounts payable records and vendor files. Identify process inefficiencies or operational gaps and escalate findings to line management with recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

A university degree, preferably in Economics or a related field Computer literacy Good numerical skills and comfort working with data Very good attention to detail and organizational skills Good command of Czech both written and spoken Good command of English would be considered an advantage
