We are currently looking for enthusiastic people to take on an interesting and rewarding role: Technical Support Analyst with Spanish & English. As a member of the R&D team, you are responsible for being the first point of contact for clients in need of assistance with IT systems and services.

Main Responsibilities:

Be the first line of contact for the business customers Provide accurate information about company products Resolve cases in a timely and professional manner Record incidents and service requests Prioritize and categorize tickets according to the definitions Enjoy communication and resolve interesting complex cases

What we are looking for?

Experience of working in a customer service role Strong Spanish and English languages knowledge Strong problem solving, teamwork, and time management skills Ability to think logically and systematically Initiative for continued learning and willingness to accept new challenges
