We are looking for a high-energy Sales Operations Lead to be the backbone of our international sales team. In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

✔ Communicate with international customers via calls and e-mails and maintain positive working relationships; ✔ Manage customer orders /process orders in our ERP system, follow up deliveries, update clients on delivery status/; ✔ Update client information in our database; ✔ Lead preparation of logistic and quality documents required for export, collaborating with State officials and Customs agents ✔ Communicate with other departments such as quality, production and warehouse.
