The opportunity as an International Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic lead for our global client portfolio. Your mission is to strengthen existing partnerships and ensure long-term commercial success through a personalized, data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Proactively develop and deepen commercial ties with international clients to consistently meet and exceed performance benchmarks;
- Client-Centric Solutions: Identify specific commercial needs and implement tailored strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention;
- Partnership Development: Cultivate sustainable, mutually beneficial business relationships at all levels of the client organization;
- Portfolio Optimization: Analyze current account performance to identify opportunities for diversifying the product range across all categories;
- Commercial Presentations: Design and deliver high-impact commercial proposals and product presentations for global stakeholders;
- Negotiation & Representation: Lead commercial negotiations and represent the company at key international trade exhibitions;
- Market Intelligence: Monitor, analyze, and forecast regional sales volumes, providing actionable insights to reach strategic goal;.
- Financial Accountability: Oversee the full commercial cycle, including the management of payment terms and credit deadlines.
Candidate Profile:
- Professional Experience: 2–3 years in sales or account management, with a preference for the FMCG sector;
- Core Skills: Exceptional English communication skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office;
- Portfolio Management: Proven ability to manage a diverse range of international accounts simultaneously;
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, high professional commitment, and a proactive "can-do" mindset.
