Sales & Business Development to join our team.

Job description:

  • Develop and execute sales and business development plans aligned with company goals
  • Research markets, trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strengthen value propositions
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients, partners, and other key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, government agencies, contractors, and technology partners
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs
  • Lead and/or participate in the sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, closing, and follow-up
  • Represent the company at industry events while staying current on market, technology, and regulatory developments
Skills & Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development in a similar or related industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and project engagements
  • Experience with complex technical solutions or international sales of technology products/services is an advantage
  • Familiarity with tender procedures and/or public procurement processes is a plus
