MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and repeat business;
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outreach (calls, emails, and digital channels);
- Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities;
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer requests;
- Negotiate rates and service terms within company guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong in lead generation, prospecting and cold calling;
- Highly responsive and service-oriented;
- Good understanding of logistics services and solutions to confidently convey the benefits and value add;
- Curious to understand and dedicated to meet customer needs with high engagement;
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving results;
- Well-organized with strong time and task management skills;
- Quick learner, comfortable with evolving digital tools and sales processes;
- Proficient in using CRM for pipeline management and data accuracy;
- Good level of English.
