Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive business growth through the identification of new business opportunities, development of sales strategies, and effective engagement with potential clients.
- Market Analysis & Strategic Planning: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities. Develop and execute strategic plans to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and partners.
- Brand Positioning & Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance BAB Consult’s market presence. Contribute to the development of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and brand messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment with client requirements and successful service delivery. Regularly report on progress, opportunities, and challenges to senior leadership.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, OR marketing.
- Skills: Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and strategic planning. Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop long-term strategies while maintaining a keen eye for immediate business opportunities.
- Leadership: A self-motivated professional with strong leadership qualities, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
