What You’ll Do:
You will play a key role in advising our B2B customers in the IT industry. Your responsibilities include:
- Consultation and Support: Assist customers with expiring licenses and take ownership of their inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and vendor specifics.
- Contract Management: Manage license renewal agreements for relevant vendors in accordance with internal and external procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, organizations, and management to develop optimal solutions for our customers.
- Customer Focus: Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and escalated appropriately when necessary.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Strong knowledge in German - written and verbal at C1 level
- Good knowledge of English
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility are also required
- A customer-driven approach and good customer management skills
