We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team and assist in a dynamic, sales-driven environment. This role will be focused on back-office support for sales operations. The position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for research, contributing to the success of the sales team without direct client interaction. Providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations, maintaining and updating sales-related documentation, and assisting in coordinating internal sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using prospecting and research tools to qualify opportunities in collaboration with
colleagues.
  • Presenting research and documentation internally for upcoming events and
campaigns.
  • Generate new business leads and drive outbound sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM to ensure clear reporting and visibility.
  • Building relationships with large enterprises in Western Europe and North America
performing interviews.
  • Target accounts for significant growth potential.
  • A consultative approach and a commitment to developing strong, long-lasting
relationships, even across extended and complex sales cycles.
  • You’ll engage with diverse client teams, including both technical and business
decision-makers, and benefit from offering a highly reliable, high-quality service.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Exceptional command of English.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas
and messages to a wide range of audiences (technical, business, written, verbal, and across varied formats like email, proposals, presentations, and in-person discussions).
  • Outstanding relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to establish credibility
and rapport with professionals at all levels.
  • A solid understanding of the software engineering industry and processes.

  • Familiarity with the IT sector and trends.
  • Sharp analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing skills, able to produce meaningful, well-structured content.
  • A high degree of integrity and reliability.

timelines.
  • Experience in using Sales tools, such as CRM.
