Junior Inside Sales Specialist

As we are growing fast, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our Business Development Department in Sofia.

Yоur role:

• Prospect hunting and farming
• Execute qualification calls and first calls with potential clients; handle email communication.
• Generate Leads using assigned Sales channels
• Drive Lead and Opportunity conversion
• Develop a personal network with decision makers within the assigned industry
• Market intelligence – follow industry trends and competition

Requirements:

• Business development mindset.
• Passionate and eager to learn about the outsourcing industry.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in an additional foreign language (e.g., French, German, Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and proactiveness.
• Excellent computer literacy.
