Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support the management and execution of a key company project focused on expanding our network of skilled self-employed cleaners and enhancing overall service performance. This is a hands-on role requiring strong recruitment, coordination, and business development skills within a service-oriented environment.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support the management and execution of a key company project focused on expanding our network of skilled self-employed cleaners and enhancing overall service performance. This is a hands-on role requiring strong recruitment, coordination, and business development skills within a service-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly evaluations of service provider performance, identifying any deviations from established standards and communicating them in a timely manner. Apply company rules and regulations to address performance issues effectively.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting actionable improvement plans to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of performance metrics for self-employed cleaners, offering ongoing guidance to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating training sessions and helping to facilitate contract agreements
- Assist with resolving conflicts between service providers and clients, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Track service provider coverage and take proactive measures to ensure there is sufficient availability to meet the increasing workload.
- Participate in the negotiation and renegotiation of contract terms, commissions, payment terms, and other business-related matters. Ensure all necessary documents are obtained and updated as needed.
- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational data to highlight growth opportunities, identify cost-saving areas, and support strategic decision-making
- Assist in the creation and execution of innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified self-employed cleaners, ensuring a consistent talent pool.
Main requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills;
- Proven experience in coordinating and delivering internal projects or implementations;
- Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and induction;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and appointments;
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions;
- Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and handle queries;
- Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with internal teams, external partners, and service specialists.
