Instinct Insurance Company is part of the MFG and owns non-life insurance license from February 2023. The company operates in the Bulgarian market since June 2023 and оne of its strategic goals is international expansion. In 2025 we started operations in Germany, Spain and Croatia. Instinct is specialized in partnership and innovative products and services. The portfolio consists of various products in several insurance classes: accident, property, travel assistance, miscellaneous financial losses and illness. The company is built on the principles of transparency, technological innovation and rapid service and claims handling. Expert in Business Reporting and Analytics We are looking for an experienced and motivated Expert in Business Reporting and Analytics for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves developing regular and ad-hoc reports, creating dashboards, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management. The role collaborates closely with various departments to ensure data accuracy and optimize reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Develop, automate, and maintain periodic business reports ▪ Prepare ad-hoc analyses and performance insights to support management decisions ▪ Extract, process, and validate data from internal systems ▪ Create dashboards and visualizations to present results in a clear and understandable manner ▪ Analyze regular data related to sales and operational activity and identify trends, risks, and opportunities ▪ Maintain data quality through consistency checks and process improvements ▪ Identify and resolve inconsistencies in assigned reports, proactively implement mitigation actions ▪ Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and other teams to refine reporting requirements ▪ Support other teams with data analysis requests Requirements: ▪ Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field ▪ At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting ▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ▪ Advanced English proficiency ▪ Experience in Power BI is an advantage ▪ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail ▪ Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly ▪ Proactive and solution-oriented mindset ▪ Curiosity and willingness to continuously improve processes and methodologies Benefits: ▪ Competitive salary ▪ Friendly and casual working environment ▪ Additional health insurance ▪ Multisport card – optional for the employee and at a preferential price ▪ Food vouchers – 120 BGN ▪ Provision of coffee, tea, and seasonal fruit in the office ▪ Mobile phone device and SIM card with a limit, according to the position
