For one of our clients – а company, a leading provider of international transport services and logistics, we are on a lookout for a B2B Sales Specialist with English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential business clients to present and promote the company's

transportation and logistics services;

• Identify new B2B sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers;
• Conduct price negotiations and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms;
• Maintain regular communication with international clients;
• Build and nurture strong, long-term business relationships to ensure client retention;
• Collaborate with different levels of the internal sales structure to align on goals and strategies;
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates to

management.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment;
• Strong commercial acumen and a persuasive, confident communication style;
• Experience in telephone-based sales or direct client outreach is a strong advantage;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential;
• Background in the transportation or logistics industry is considered a plus;
• Goal-driven and proactive personality with a problem-solving mindset;
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
