Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present tailored treatment plans to patients.
• Provide detailed cost estimates for dental and medical services.
• Maintain close communication with patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Finalize treatment agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Manage payments and coordinate with health insurance providers in the patient’s home country.
• Deliver excellent customer service to retain patients and ensure their satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German (B1/B2 level) is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
