As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in driving success for our clients – small to medium-sized businesses – on behalf of a top global social media company. You’ll consult with advertisers, optimize their campaigns, and provide tailored solutions to maximize growth. With your proven sales expertise and relationship-building skills, you’ll become a trusted partner in helping clients achieve their goals.
What You Can Expect:
- Consultative Sales & Customer Support – Manage a portfolio of advertisers while providing ongoing customer support, uncover growth opportunities, and recommend cross- and upsell solutions aligned with each client’s goals, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Client Success & Optimization – Actively support clients with product adoption, campaign strategy, and data-driven insights to enhance ROI and foster long-term success.
- Industry Expertise – Build strong knowledge of social media advertising solutions, stay ahead of market trends, and contribute strategic insights for ongoing improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer support (inbound or outbound), preferably within advertising or digital marketing.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a track record of successful cross- and upselling.
- Excellent listening, communication, and consultative selling skills, with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to analyze data, spot trends, and deliver actionable insights.
- Fluent in both German and English.
Nice to Have:
- Strong commitment to comprehensive, structured sales training and disciplined processes.
- Adaptable and fast learner, able to respond to changing client needs and support their growth on the advertising platform.
