The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, and monitoring the smooth operation of the office. In addition to having excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will be able to provide sensitive information in an ethical and confidential manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements;
  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming and outgoing communications;
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events;
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and provide needed background information to executives;
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents;
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings;
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents;
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • Welcoming and businesslike appearance;
  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in other secretarial positions;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills;
  • Discretion and confidentiality;
  • Knowledge of the English language at the professional level;
