E-commerce Manager

Sofia, Bulgaria

Key responsibilities:

• Develops e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets;
• Drive e-commerce sales performance;
• Examine past performance of campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness;
• Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programmes;
• Manage and evaluate the e-commerce operations and processes;
• Develop and implement a roadmap for the online store;
• Partner with brand owners to leverage all market opportunities;
• Identify potential partnerships;
• Manage the sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns over digital platforms;
• Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier;
• Examine the new market trends and business opportunities in the global and local landscape;
• Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth;
• Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customers;
• Generate ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights;
• Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance;
• Manage a team of professionals.

Job Qualifications:

• Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate with vast sales management experience;
• More than 3 years Ecommerce experience in wholesale/retail environment is preferred;
• Exceptional time management skills, ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives;
• Ability to influence and interact with senior management;
• Adaptable and flexible, responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model;
• Experience with digital marketing and online sales;
• Actively listens and participates within a team environment;
• Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, sales or related fields.
