National Key Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement national key account strategies in line with company objectives; Manage and grow relationships with major retail chains and strategic partners; Lead annual negotiations, including pricing, promotions, contracts, and joint business plans; Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across assigned key accounts; Coordinate promotional activities and ensure effective execution at national level; Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to identify opportunities; Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment; Monitor competitor activity and provide strategic insights to management.
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector; Proven experience working with national retail chains; Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills; Excellent commercial mindset with result-oriented approach; Ability to manage complex relationships and multiple priorities; Very good command of English (written and spoken); Advanced MS Excel and strong data analysis skills; Valid driving license and willingness to travel when required.
