For one of our clients – a company specializing in residential development – we are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

For one of our clients – a company specializing in residential development – we are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and update payment schedules on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Maintain accurate financial records and track outstanding receivables in relevant accounts;
- Prepare documents for notarial procedures and attend transactions to ensure legal
- Oversee cadastral and tax registration for properties, ensuring all documents are submitted
- Manage contracts, tracking deadlines and payment schedules to ensure timely execution;
- Set up new project entities to support company growth and expansion;
- Maintain and organize construction project documentation for future reference and audits.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to structure and manage documentation efficiently;
- Self-sufficient with a strong ability to independently handle multiple tasks, ensuring all
- High fluency in written and spoken English for effective communication across all levels;
- Previous experience in real estate development or construction is highly valued;
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all responsibilities.
