Your daily routine would include:

• Release planning / Managing scope of montly Enterprise-Release (internal/external CRs)
• Release deployments BW5, k8s BWCE, REST (BPM space)
• INT/KIT deployments BW5, k8s BWCE, REST (BPM space)
• ESB Service version updates (CMS, ESB-DP)
• Check/Grant Permissions all environments (incl. workload/necessity governance)
• Issue analysis eai.support (email), EAIBOX-, PROBLEM-tickets (JIRA), identification of ESB component / root cause
• TFM Failedflow handling - rule management for automation, reporting FFs
• SNOW TASK and INC handling (Trouble Tickets)
• Operational Monitoring of all envs DEV/KIT/INT/PROD - Grafana, AppDynamics, GEMS, HAWK
• EMS Queue monitoring and maintenance
• Firewall-/Reverse-Proxy/Load-Balancer requests
• OS-user password maintenance (expiration)
• On-call-duty for EAI/ESB plus PartyMaster-System

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• University degree in the field of IT/Telecommunication or any other relevant
• Deep LINUX (UNIX) knowledge (compile, scripting, patching)
• Good experience in Release & Deployment Management
• Good experience in DevOps CI / CD Pipeline/ GitOps;
• Experience in SQL and DB knowledge
• Experience in Web & Integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
• Java basic knowledge
• Certificate authority knowledge
• Analytical skills (root cause analysis)
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken (C1/B2)

The following will be considered as an advantage:

• Experience in Tibco business works (5.14, 6, CE)
• Experience in Tibco EMS (Enterprise Messaging Services)
• Experience in Java Messaging service
