In connection with its continuous and dynamic development and the expansion of its activities, the company is looking for a responsible person for the position of Business Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information related to the positioning of the company's products on the markets;
• Process and analyze various kinds of data and prepare reports;
• Communicate and coordinate with various divisions in the company;
• Assist in resolving problem situations in the daily work process;
• Participation in the process of implementing, testing software and applications, as well as improvements of existing applications;
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases;
• Performing tests (manual), identifying and documenting any non-conformity during the testing process;
• Defect reporting and tracking;
• Create and regularly update the related documentation;
• Work with specialized software;
• Assist in the preparation of procedures and rules related to the activities of the department;
• Gain wide knowledge about the products and services of the company;

Requirements:

• Very good command of English (minimum B2) - spoken and written;
• Very good knowledge of using MS Office (Excel functions especially);
• Logical thinking with analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Completed secondary education;

Advantages:

• Higher education in the field of: Mathematics, Information Technology, Technical/Engineering Sciences, or other related to the nature of work;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar products;
• Knowledge and/or experience in the casino industry;
• Experience in testing: test preparation, test execution, test reporting;
