We are looking for Country Manager Warehouse operations.

The role is strategic contributor to Warehouse division, directly reporting to Director Operations and Logistics. The purpose of the role is to ensure hands-on operational excellence, process effectiveness and to drive the right business behaviors and results.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the right strategy for management, organization and control of the overall activities in the company warehouses.
• Ensure implementation of the right initiatives and projects in Warehouse division that provide the most efficient flow of the work throughout the right organization and ongoing coordination.
• Lead, direct and develop people who work in regional warehouses to deliver best performance and to be in line with set targets.

Monitor regional warehouses work and proposes improvements in order to ensure the timely and quality processing of goods at optimal costs and staff.

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives (internal projects) supporting the business’ growth.
• Analyzes and optimizes the current organization. Constantly improves logistics’ KPIs.
• Researches, anticipates, and ensures the timely implementation of modern trends in technology and organization of logistics processes.

Main requirements:

• Higher degree in Logistics, Warehouse management or similar specialty;
• At least 7 years success track record in the field of Logistics (Inbound & Outbound), Warehouse Management (pharmaceuticals or fast-moving consumer goods);
• Experience in management and development of efficient warehousing logistics in а distribution company will be considered as strong advantage;
• Excellent people management skills. Ability to motivate, inspire and manage individuals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which is always adapting to better serve our customers;
• Solution-focused thinking and very good problem solving skills.

Other essential experience and skills:

• Experience in budget management and cost estimates;
• Project management;
• Fluent English and computer literacy - MS Office / Word, Excel, Power point;
• Skills for analysis, forecasting and planning of logistics activities on a warehouse basis;
• Driving license (B).
