Mission:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Executive Assistant to support our CEO.
This role is vital to enhancing decision-making, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting executive leadership in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, assisting in day-to-day operations and providing high-level administrative and strategic support;
- Attend and participate in key meetings with the CEO and management team, capturing critical insights, action points, and follow-ups to drive initiatives forward;
- Prepare detailed business reports, presentations, and executive summaries, providing the CEO and leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations;
- Collaborate with senior management to analyze business performance metrics, track KPIs, and support the decision-making process by gathering and synthesizing relevant data;
- Conduct research and prepare executive-level briefings on industry trends, competitor activity, and internal performance, enabling informed decision-making;
- Support strategic planning and execution of company-wide initiatives, including cross-functional projects, by coordinating efforts across the management team;
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and maintaining strong relationships;
- Assist in preparing for board meetings, executive presentations, and high-level negotiations, including drafting materials and ensuring timely delivery of required information;
- Lead and support special projects as directed by the CEO, taking ownership of key deliverables to ensure successful outcomes;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred;
- 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, with direct exposure to senior leadership;
- Strong business understanding with experience in analyzing data, managing projects, and supporting high-level decision-making;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-level reports and presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with data analysis tools;
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity;
- Exceptional loyalty and trustworthiness, with a commitment to supporting leadership and organizational goals;
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
