Join Our Growing Team! ZenTeli Ltd., based in Sofia, works in direct partnership with one of the largest bankruptcy law firms in the United States. Our U.S. partner provides financial relief services to thousands of clients in Illinois, Georgia, and Texas. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our local team and contribute to our administrative and accounting functions.

About the Role This is a dual-role position. As an Office Assistant, you’ll handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including office coordination, HR assistance, vendor communication, and event planning. Simultaneously, you will support our Accounting Team, taking part in routine financial and administrative tasks that help drive the operational success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Managing business communication via phone and email
Coordinating office logistics and supply needs
Organizing internal company events and team-building activities
Liaising with vendors and overseeing payment processes
Performing a variety of administrative duties to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in a similar administrative or office management role is a plus
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
