For one of our clients – a growing real estate development and investment company – we are looking for an experienced Site Manager - Fit-Out Projects to join their on-site team in Sofia. This is a key leadership role for a strategic finance professional ready to take full ownership of the company’s financial operations and support its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations throughout the final fit-out phase of residential projects;
• Oversee construction finishing works, installations, interior works, and furnishing;
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, budgets, timelines, and quality standards;
• Monitor progress and proactively identify risks or delays, implementing corrective actions when necessary;
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality execution;
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in construction, architecture, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar site management or technical leadership role,

with proven fit-out project completions;

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software;
• Active driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple sites in Sofia;
• Team player with strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
