What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Client Logistics Specialist, to manage the end-to-end order process for our Premium Client program. You'll coordinate gift assembly, track inventories, and ensure timely, accurate delivery. Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams to create a seamless gifting experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage orders for Premium clients from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timelines; Maintain up-to-date inventories of reward materials, packaging, and product availability; Maintain accurate records of orders, gifts dispatched, and client preferences via company systems or tools; Work collaboratively with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely delivery and delivery of orders; Collaborate closely with Account managers to stay aligned on client needs, key dates, and gifting strategies; Respond promptly to the Account managers, providing exceptional service and support; Our Recruitment Process:

Requirements Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using inventory management systems and order tracking tools. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client orders simultaneously.
