Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process client wire deposits to ensure accurate and timely allocation;
• Handle professional communication regarding deposits, wire transfers, and banking details;
• Ensure all tasks align with internal policies, legal regulations, and financial control requirements;
• Maintain the integrity of financial data within our software products and trading platforms;
• Partner with internal departments to resolve specific cases and ensure smooth operational workflows;
• Safeguard company confidentiality and handle sensitive trade information with the highest level of ethics.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred; equivalent professional knowledge will be considered;
• At least 3 months of professional experience in a finance or team-oriented environment;
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new financial software quickly;
• Very good English proficiency (written and verbal) for global communication;
• Willingness to work rotating late shifts to support US market operations;
• Strong analytical thinking, precision, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
