Scope of the role
The Wholesale Sales & Client Development Specialist plays a key role in driving global wholesale sales growth by supporting sales operations, developing new client opportunities, and delivering high-quality, customized service to international partners. This role combines commercial acumen, client relationship management, and operational excellence to strengthen market presence and maximize revenue.

The Wholesale Sales & Client Development Specialist plays a key role in driving global wholesale sales growth by supporting sales operations, developing new client opportunities, and delivering high-quality, customized service to international partners. This role combines commercial acumen, client relationship management, and operational excellence to strengthen market presence and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Client Development
- Support the growth of global wholesale sales by identifying, qualifying, and developing new client opportunities
- Expand the Company’s market presence by promoting targeted products and strategic assortments
- Proactively research and approach potential wholesale clients through internal databases and online sources
- Manage and nurture relationships throughout the full sales cycle, from prospect to active client
- Manage a high volume of inbound wholesale inquiries via email and phone (national and international)
- Provide tailor-made commercial solutions aligned with individual client needs
- Maintain continuous, professional communication with external clients and internal wholesale units
- Handle client feedback and complaints with a solution-oriented and retention-focused approach
- Prepare and maintain price lists, quotations, and commercial offers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
- Coordinate export requests, Central Warehouse orders, and technical sales documentation
- Ensure strict and accurate maintenance of CRM systems, sales registers, and internal databases
- Experience in sales, wholesale, client development, sales operations, or customer-facing commercial roles
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with experience in daily international business correspondence
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel for reporting and analysis
- Strong communication skills across email, messaging platforms, and phone
- Client-centric, proactive, and solution-driven approach
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to take responsibility and ownership of results
