We are looking for a Head of IT to join our team in Sofia.

This role reports directly to the Executive Team and holds full accountability for IT strategy and execution across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading and manage day-to-day operations of the IT support and infrastructure team;
• You will be accountable for stable and secure IT operations across infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, networks, servers, endpoints);
• Taking architectural decisions on technical solutions, aligned with Company’s strategy;
• Coach and grow the technical and professional skills of team members;
• Keeping yourself up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies;
• Responsible for lifecycle management, upgrades, enhancements of the ERP and enterprise applications and their integrations;
• Plan and manage application support with prioritization of software development aligned with business objective;
• Leading multidisciplinary IT teams (applications, infrastructure, support, security).

Your Profile:

• You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a similar field;
• You have 7+ years of Senior Management IT role;
• Experience in managing group wide portfolio of projects;
• Knowledge of service management practices ITIL (incident, problem, change, release management);
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Comfortable translating business needs into technical actions;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate activities of a wider team;
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to plan, prioritize and deliver complex IT initiatives on time and within budget
• Fluent in English.
