The Role As Facility Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our processing and distribution facility. You will manage infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical), oversee preventive maintenance and repairs, and handle the procurement of indirect materials and supplies. The role includes budget tracking, coordination with internal teams, and supervision of facility-related projects and external service providers.

What You'll Do

• Conduct order fulfillment for all indirect materials necessary for the uninterrupted flow in the processing and distribution facility.
• Conduct order fulfillment for all supplies needed in our processing and distribution facility.
• Monitor materials stock and trigger orders when necessary.
• Monitor facility budget and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Coordinate with production, safety, and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of facility infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Maintain facility safety standards, including emergency preparedness and building security.
• Manage facility-related capital projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations.
• Manage facility transportation activities.
• Coordinate activities with external suppliers of services and materials required for the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
• Serve as point of contact during facility-related emergencies or disruptions.
• Liaise with the procurement team to help them identify new suppliers and manage existing ones.

What You'll need

• At least a Bachelor degree in facility management, engineering, industrial management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in facility management or another engineering-related
• Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC)
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production environments
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership, people management, organizational and communication skills
• Very well organized and execution-driven
