Scope of the role

The Manager Organizational Projects is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Project Management System within the company. This includes establishing methodologies, selecting and integrating project management software, and providing training to ensure best practices.

The role ensures that all company projects are well-coordinated, efficiently executed, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of a Project Management System in the Company
• Establish the necessary organization, procedures, structure, and allocation of responsibilities to ensure an effectively functioning project management system.
• Select and implement appropriate specialized software for project tracking.
• Provide the necessary training for involved managers and employees in project management.
• Planning and coordination
• Support during the project definition and initiation phases - provides information, regulatory, and analytical data
• Develops detailed activity plans for each project in collaboration with managers and departments.
• Coordinates task execution and makes operational decisions when necessary.
• Monitoring and execution control
• Oversees all project phases - from preparation to finalization and follow-up actions.
• Analyzes project progress and tracks quantitative and qualitative indicators.
• Takes measures, makes operational decisions and coordinates changes with senior management when necessary in the project implementation process.
• Analytical work and reporting
• Performs analyses and prepares regular reports for senior management.
• Proposes improvements and optimizations for better efficiency.
• Risk management
• Develops strategies to identify and manage potential risks.
• Recommends and applies corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Follow-up control and evaluation of the effectiveness of the projects
• Performs monitoring in all phases: preparatory, implementation, final and follow-up.
• Ensures maximum efficiency and sustainable results of the implemented projects.

Requirements

• Education and Experience
• University degree.
• Practical experience in project management (preferably in the manufacturing sector).
• Skills and Competencies
• Strong managerial skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Technical Expertise
• Proficient computer skills.
• Good knowledge of specialized project management software.
• Additional Requirements
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license.
