We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Bulgaria as Financial Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations and access performance
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Investigate and explain variances between planned and actual performance
• Monitor and analyse key financial indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and providing insights to management for decision-making
• Monitor and control costs to ensure efficiency and profitability. Analyse variances between actual, targeted and budgeted costs
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies
• Assess the financial viability of capital investments, helping determine the return on investment
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Identify financial risks and provide financial insights and recommendations to local management team
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English
• Professional certificate will be considered as an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
