Main tasks:

• Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers on different matters
• Continuous improvement of the quality and added value of the provided HR services
• Support payroll processes and administration of employee records
• Administer employee benefits and collaborate with benefit providers for effective program communication.
• Implementation of HR initiatives within the organization
• Coordinate the entire selection process for administrative, engineering positions and operators in production
• Responsible for onboarding process and monitors the implementation of the program
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to legal and company standards

The profile:

• University degree.
• Experience in HR administration or payroll (experience in an international environment is a plus).
• Understanding of HR lifecycle processes and desire to develop as an HR Business Partner.
• Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player committed to continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
• Good understanding of local labor legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
